These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dilmah Global Online Store at shop.dilmahtea.com (the "Site"), operated by Dilmah Ceylon Tea Company PLC ("Dilmah", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, without limitation or qualification.

These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, policies, or conditions that may appear on the Site in connection with specific features, promotions, or services.

1. Delivery Policy

You can track your order by logging into your account on the Site. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within areas serviced by our courier partners. All prices and promotional offers on the Site apply exclusively to deliveries made through these courier partners.

Please note: we do not ship to Army Post Office (APO) or Post Office (PO) Box addresses.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order by contacting us at orders@dilmahtea.com within 2 days of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled as a return in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

If Dilmah cancels your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued by the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or sending us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, whether by email or through notices posted on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Site - including but not limited to trademarks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, recipes, product write ups, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the organization thereof (collectively, "Content") - is the property of Dilmah Ceylon Tea Company PLC or its content suppliers, and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or forms) belonging to Dilmah without our express prior written consent. 5. Licence and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Dilmah grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site for the purpose of purchasing Dilmah products and services.

This licence does not include:

Any resale or commercial use of Dilmah products, services, or Content
Collecting or using product listings, descriptions, or pricing for any commercial purpose
Any derivative use of the Site or its Content
Downloading, copying, or using account information for the benefit of any third party
Use of data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering or extraction tools

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Dilmah, its licensors, suppliers, publishers, or other rights holders.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Site or these Terms, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dilmah will not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following:

Interruption of business or access delays to the Site
Data non-delivery, corruption, destruction, or modification
Loss or damage resulting from off-site links, computer viruses, or system malfunctions
Inaccuracies or omissions in Site Content
Events beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilmah will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

No claim arising from your use of the Site or these Terms may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Dilmah harmless from and against any loss, damages, costs, or expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising from any third-party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Dilmah sells products to adults only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase in your jurisdiction and are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Dilmah reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it believes a breach of these Terms has occurred.
